Case Study of Teaching Sound Reinforcement in University Ladder Classrooms

The university has carried out audio renovation on 12 tiered classrooms and deployed of wireless lavalier microphones for teachers. The weight of the lavalier microphone is only 15 grams, which is suitable for teachers' walking teaching needs. Its pickup directionality can accurately focus on human voices, avoiding students in the back row from hearing unclear content due to distance; Auxiliary microphones are installed in the back and sides of the staircase classroom, combined with sound field equalization technology, to control the sound intensity difference in each area of the classroom within 3dB. After the renovation, a survey on students' classroom attention concentration showed that 89% believed that "the clarity of listening has significantly improved".
