Beijing, July 22, 2025- The latest released White Paper on the Security Development of Government Conference Equipment shows that wired digital conference systems with high-level encryption capabilities are accelerating the replacement of traditional equipment and becoming standard equipment in government, military and other classified scenarios. This type of system uses national encryption algorithms to encrypt transmitted data end-to-end, combined with hardware level encryption chips and permission grading management mechanisms, to eliminate information leakage risks from the source. In terms of functional adaptability, the system supports seamless switching between video conferencing, remote collaboration, and local meetings. It achieves synchronous transmission of 4K ultra high definition video and 32-bit lossless audio through fiber optic transmission links, with a latency of less than 50 milliseconds. In response to the multi scenario requirements of government conferences, some products also integrate modular components such as electronic table cards and lifting speaking units, which can be flexibly expanded according to the size of the conference room. The physical isolation characteristics of wired transmission, combined with domestic encryption technology, have built a dual security defense line. Industry security experts said that this type of system has been deployed in government office buildings in many places, with an adaptation rate increased by 40% compared to last year.
